Privacy Policy

This policy explains what FreeToolsBox collects, what stays on your device, and how we use limited server-side data. We designed the site so most everyday work never needs to leave your browser.

Tools that run in your browser

Calculators, text formatters, many generators, and most PDF and image transforms process data on your device using browser APIs. In those cases we do not receive the numbers you type, the files you select, or the text you paste — unless you later choose to download a result or share it yourself.

Live network lookups

A small set of tools needs the public internet (for example DNS, HTTP headers, or similar host checks). Those tools send only the host name or URL you entered to our server so it can perform the lookup. We do not use those queries to build advertising profiles.

Usage counts and search

We may store anonymous counts of which tools are used and short search queries so we know which benches to keep improving. These records are not tied to a login, because FreeToolsBox does not require an account.

Contact form

If you write to us via the contact page, we receive the name, email address, and message you submit so we can reply and fix reported issues. You can ask us to delete a contact message by emailing from the same address.

Hosting and security logs

Like most websites, our hosting provider may log IP addresses, user agents, and request paths for security, abuse prevention, and reliability. Those logs are not used to sell advertising audiences.

Cookies

FreeToolsBox does not require an account cookie to use tools. Platform or analytics cookies, if enabled later, will be described on the cookies page. See that page for the current state.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not require registration to run the inventory.
• We do not use your tool inputs to train third-party advertising models.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy when the product changes. The “last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
